Room Rules

Cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of appliances such as hot plates, toasters, and rice cookers. Violating this policy will result in additional cleaning or damage charges. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 3 occupants, including children and infants. Please ensure you adhere to this limit. An additional fee per day will apply for children aged five years and older. Parents are responsible for any damages caused by their children on the property. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guests may smoke on the balconies that are designated for each room. If you notice any unpleasant odors, please report them immediately to the Front Desk staff. Please refrain from using strong-smelling products that may require special cleaning services.

Damages

Guests will incur a deep cleaning fee and/or additional charges for rooms found in disarray or vandalized. They are also responsible for the full replacement value of any damaged items, including fixtures, furnishings, electronic goods, linens, and artwork, as well as any shipping and handling costs. Charges will apply for damage to mattresses and linens caused by body oils, makeup, or similar substances. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional, is the responsibility of the registered guest.

Pets

No pets or strays are allowed on the premises.

Alcohol Policy

Registered guests of legal age who wish to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume them in their rooms. Outside alcohol is not permitted in public areas or the restaurant.

Proper Conduct

As a registered guest, you are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner to ensure that you do not disturb the peace of other guests. This includes refraining from loud talking, shouting between rooms, and slamming doors. You are responsible for supervising your children at all times, adhering to the maximum occupancy limit of your room, and following the reasonable standards and policies set by Palm Grove Cottages – Leisure Resort. Violating these guidelines may result in denial of admission. We strictly enforce a No Party Policy at all times; parties, loud disturbances, and noise nuisances are not permitted. If a disturbance occurs, we will issue a warning to reduce the noise. If you do not comply with this request, you will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.

Room Keys

Room keys are issued only to registered guests. No keys will be issued to individuals under the age of 18. Please return room keys to the Front Desk upon check-out. A lost room key will incur additional charges.

Parking At Own Risk

Parking spaces for vehicles are available only upon prior request and are limited. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Palm Grove Cottages – Leisure Resort will not assume any liability or responsibility for vehicles, their occupants, or contents while they are parked or operated on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after the guest has departed without written consent from the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. Additionally, washing or repairing vehicles on hotel premises is not permitted.

Children Supervision

Parents must supervise their children at all times for safety reasons. Please do not leave children unattended in rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property without supervision. Parents will be held responsible for any damages caused by their children on the premises.

Visitors

Please ensure that all guests staying with us are registered at the time of check-in. Visitors are not allowed inside the guest rooms. Upon arrival, all visitors must check in with the Front Desk and are permitted to stay only until 10:00 PM. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times.

Personal Belongings

Guests are kindly requested to lock their room doors when leaving or going to bed. For your convenience, electronic safety lockers are provided in each room for storing valuables. If you are unable to open the locker due to an incorrect code you have set, a Master Key will be required. This key is managed exclusively by the owner. Please note that last-minute requests to open the locker may not be accommodated if the owner is not on the premises. We sincerely apologize for any loss or inconvenience due to the unavailability of the Master Key; however, Palm Grove Cottages cannot assume liability or responsibility for any losses. Before using the electronic locker, please ensure it is fully functional. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests' belongings or any other property, whether from the hotel room, the locker, or any other part of the hotel, for any reason, including theft or pilferage.

Unclaimed Items

Lost and Found items are kept for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If the guest's contact information is incorrect or not provided, and we are unable to make contact during this time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.

Photographs and Videos

Taking photographs or videos in the hotel for commercial use is prohibited. If you wish to take photos or videos for commercial purposes, you must obtain written permission from management.

Subletting

Subletting rooms is not allowed under any circumstances. Management retains full ownership of the property at all times. This policy ensures that we maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.

Right to Refuse Admission or Service

We reserve the right to refuse admission or service to any guest who exhibits disruptive behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests. This includes but is not limited to failing to supervise children at all times, using the hotel for unlawful purposes, possession of firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, or any other dangerous substances, causing damage, destruction, or defacement to hotel property or threatening the safety of other guests, allowing the number of occupants to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy for a room, refusing to abide by the reasonable policies and standards established by Palm Grove Cottages – Leisure Resort for the operation and management of our hotel. Please note that quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. If you encounter a disruptive guest, please notify the Front Desk staff immediately.
